- Use within 90 days of payment.
- Booked for a named customer; cannot be passed to someone else.
Cancellation
No visit scheduled yet: you can cancel at any time before the voucher expires and get a full refund. Visit scheduled: cancel at least 24 hours before the visit for a full refund. Less than 24 hours before, a refund is at Zdaro's discretion, taking into account the Partner's costs and the reason (for example, illness). Packages and courses: once the first session has been used, the remaining sessions are not refundable, unless the Partner cannot provide them or the Partner confirms to us that the course should stop for medical reasons. In that case, unused sessions are refunded in full. Refunds go to the original payment method and are initiated within 5 business days of confirmation.
Rescheduling
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the visit, within the voucher's validity and subject to the Partner's availability. Less than 24 hours before, rescheduling is possible only if the Partner agrees. If the Customer is unwell, contact us as early as possible and we will try to reschedule free of charge.
No-show
If the Customer does not attend, or the Partner's staff cannot access the address or reach you, the visit counts as used and is not refunded, unless we decide otherwise. If the Customer is more than 15 minutes late and the Partner can no longer provide the service, the visit also counts as used. For packages and courses, a missed visit counts as one used session.
