Zdaro Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. About Us and How to Contact Us

1.1 zdaro.com (the "Website") is operated by Strategic Healthcare Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202643051G), with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("Zdaro", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 You can contact us by email at support@zdaro.com or on WhatsApp at +1 339 999 0110. Please quote your booking number whenever you contact us about a booking.

2. About These Terms

2.1 What the Website does. The Website allows you to find and book services provided by independent licensed healthcare providers and other service providers (each a "Partner"). Partners provide their services at their own premises or at an address you choose. Services are not provided on or through the Website. Some Partners may be companies related to Zdaro. They are subject to the same terms as other Partners.

2.2 Payment. The payment terms for each booking are shown during the booking process. Some bookings are paid online to us in advance ("Prepaid Bookings"); others may be paid directly to the Partner at the time of the service ("Pay-at-Partner Bookings").

2.3 Partner terms. Your booking is also subject to the Partner's terms, rules and consent forms, which the Partner may ask the Customer to accept when providing the service. These form a separate agreement between the Customer and the Partner. If the Partner's terms conflict with these terms regarding your booking with us, these terms apply.

2.4 Acceptance. By using the Website, you accept these terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your personal data. When you make a booking, you will be asked to confirm that you accept these terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and will use the Website only to make legitimate bookings.

2.5 Booking for other people. You may book services for yourself and for other people (each, including you, a "Customer"). If you book for other people, you are responsible for: (i) providing accurate information about each Customer; (ii) accepting these terms on their behalf and ensuring they comply with them; (iii) ensuring they are aware of and agree to the sharing of their personal data as described in our Privacy Notice; (iv) where a Customer is under 18, being their parent or legal guardian; (v) checking the booking confirmation and contacting us immediately if any details are incorrect; and (vi) paying the full price.

2.6 Changes to these terms. We may amend these terms from time to time. The date of the last amendment is shown at the top, and amendments take effect when posted. Amendments do not apply to bookings already confirmed.

3. Our Role and Important Health Information

3.1 Our role. Zdaro provides booking services: we help you find and book Partners' services, arrange your bookings and, for Prepaid Bookings, take payment and issue Vouchers. Payments for Prepaid Bookings are charged by Strategic Healthcare Pte. Ltd. The Partner named in the booking provides the service and is solely responsible for it, including its quality and safety, the qualifications and conduct of its staff, any results, reports or records, and holding the licences required for its services. Zdaro does not provide medical services.

3.2 No medical advice. Information on the Website — including service descriptions, preparation instructions, messages from our operators and suggestions from our AI assistant — is general information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation from a doctor. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health and which services are appropriate for you.

3.3 Results and records. Results, reports and medical records are provided to you directly by the Partner and do not pass through Zdaro. Please contact the Partner or your doctor about them.

3.4 Not for emergencies. The Website is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call the local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.

4. Using the Website

4.1 Availability. We may update, suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Website for business or operational reasons, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted.

4.2 Your account. You need an account to make a booking. Your account is created the first time you sign in with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp, Telegram or email; you then give your name and date of birth and confirm that you are at least 18. You are responsible for activity in your account. In your account you can see your bookings and Vouchers and choose how we message you, and you can delete the account in your profile at any time, except while a booking is in progress. You warrant that the information you give us is true, accurate, current and complete. You must keep one-time codes and access to your accounts and devices confidential and must not share them with anyone — Zdaro will never ask you for a code. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep this information confidential.

4.3 Intellectual property. We or our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including the Zdaro name and logo. You may view, print or download content for your personal use only.

4.4 Third-party links. Links to third-party websites are provided for information only. We do not control or endorse them.

4.5 Prohibited uses. You must not: use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or abusively; make bookings you do not intend to use; send unsolicited advertising; transmit viruses or other harmful code; copy, reproduce or resell any part of the Website; use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access it or bypass our bot protection; interfere with, damage or place an unreasonable load on the Website or its systems; or abuse or threaten our operators or Partner staff.

5. Bookings

5.1 Accurate details. You must provide accurate and complete details for each booking, including each Customer's full name in Latin letters exactly as in their passport or ID, date of birth and sex, and the service address where relevant. A Partner may refuse service if a Customer's identity does not match the booking.

5.2 Prohibited booking conduct. You must not use a card or account you are not authorised to use, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a Customer.

5.3 Availability and verification. All bookings are subject to availability. For some services, such as visits to your address, we first confirm the time with the Partner and then send you a payment link or booking confirmation. We may ask for additional information to verify a booking, and you agree to cooperate with any checks we reasonably carry out to prevent fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity. If the information is not provided or is unsatisfactory, we may cancel the booking and refund any payment.

5.4 Prices and currency. Prices may be displayed in different currencies. For Prepaid Bookings, you are charged in the currency and amount shown on the payment page, which may be a currency you choose; if you choose a currency other than the one in which the service is priced, we convert the price at an exchange rate we set at the time of booking, and the amount shown on the payment page is the final amount you pay. The total includes any visit fee and any Zdaro service fee, which are always shown before you pay. Amounts shown elsewhere in other currencies are approximate and for information only. Where you pay the Partner directly, you pay the Partner's price, provided to us at the time of booking, in the currency the Partner accepts, and the Partner may charge for additional services you agree with it. Prices or amounts mentioned by our operators or AI assistant are not binding; the booking and payment pages prevail. If a price is obviously wrong and the error should reasonably have been apparent to you, we may cancel the booking and refund you in full or, if you agree, correct the price.

5.5 Booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed when we send you a booking confirmation. For Prepaid Bookings, this happens after we receive full payment, and the confirmation includes your Voucher(s). Please check the details and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

5.6 Messages. We send service messages about your bookings via WhatsApp, Telegram or email — for example, payment links, confirmations, changes and cancellations. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time without affecting service messages.

5.7 At the service. You must ensure that the Customer is present and ready at the agreed time and place, brings their passport or other ID, and follows any preparation instructions, and that the Partner's staff can access the address for visits to your address.

5.8 Promo codes. We may offer promo codes. Each code has its own conditions, such as its validity period, a minimum order, the services or Partners it covers and how many times it can be used, and the booking page shows whether it applies before you pay. One code can be used per booking. A code does not apply to the visit fee, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may withdraw a code at any time; this does not affect bookings already made with it. If a service paid with a discount is cancelled, the refund is based on the amount you actually paid for it.

6. Prepaid Bookings and Vouchers

6.1 Payment. You pay online using the payment methods shown on the payment page. Payments are processed by our payment service providers; we do not store your full card details. A payment link is valid for 60 minutes; if payment is not completed within that time, the booking request expires and no payment is taken.

6.2 Currency conversion. If your card or account is in a different currency from the currency of the charge, your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees, which are your responsibility.

6.3 Issue and delivery. After we receive your payment, we issue a separate electronic Voucher for each Customer. We send you a message via WhatsApp, Telegram or email with a link to your booking, and the Vouchers are available in your account. Each Voucher shows the booking details and a QR code the Partner uses to verify it; we may also send you a link to a Voucher's own web page. No physical goods are delivered.

6.4 Validity. A Voucher is either:

  • dated — valid for the date and time of the visit shown on it (if the visit is moved, for the new date and time); or
  • open — valid for use within the period shown on it (no more than 90 days from purchase), at a time arranged through us or directly with the Partner.

6.5 Use. A Voucher may be used only by the Customer named on it, only for the services listed on it and only with the Partner named on it. It is non-transferable, has no cash value and may not be resold. Services not listed in your Voucher, including any recommended by the Partner at the visit, are agreed and paid directly with the Partner.

6.6 Keep the link private. Anyone with a Voucher link can view it. Do not share it with anyone other than the Customer.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Bookings paid to the Partner. Where you pay the Partner directly, the Partner's cancellation and no-show rules shown during booking apply, and you can cancel through us or directly with the Partner. The rest of this section applies to Prepaid Bookings.

7.2 Cancellation policy. The booking page shows the conditions for each service before you pay, including cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, package and substitution rules, and these conditions apply to that booking. Where no conditions are shown:

  • dated Vouchers: requests received at least 24 hours before the booked time — full refund or free rescheduling; later requests — rescheduling or a refund at our discretion, taking into account the Partner's costs and the reason for the request (for example, illness);
  • open Vouchers: a full refund on request at any time before the Voucher is used or expires.

7.3 How to cancel or reschedule. In your account you can:

  • cancel a booking request free of charge at any time before payment;
  • after payment, ask to move a visit to another time at least 24 hours before it; the Partner has to agree, and until then the confirmed time stays;
  • if the Partner moves a visit, accept the new time, ask for another time or cancel with a full refund.

To cancel a booking after payment in any other case, or to move a visit less than 24 hours before it, contact us using the details in section 1 as early as possible. We will confirm the outcome to you in writing.

7.4 No-show. If the Customer does not attend at the confirmed time and place, or the Partner's staff cannot access the address or reach you, the booking is recorded as a no-show and is not refundable, unless we decide otherwise.

7.5 Service not provided or changed. If we or the Partner cancel a paid booking, or the Partner declines or changes a service (for example, for medical reasons or technical limitations) and you do not accept the change, you will receive a full refund for the services not provided or, if you prefer, a new booking. If a service cannot be provided because preparation instructions were not followed, or information requested before the visit was not provided or was inaccurate, we may give a full, partial or no refund depending on the service and the costs incurred by the Partner, and we will tell you the outcome in writing.

7.6 Expired Vouchers. Unused open Vouchers expire at the end of their validity period and are not refundable after expiry.

7.7 Late payments. If a payment reaches us after the booking has been cancelled or has expired, we will refund it in full.

7.8 How refunds are made. Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency of the original charge and based on the amount you paid in that currency, regardless of any later change in exchange rates, unless we agree otherwise. We initiate refunds within 5 business days of confirming them; the date the refund reaches your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

7.9 Payment disputes. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension of your account.

8. AI Assistant

The Website includes an AI assistant that helps you search for and select services offered by Partners. It is available to everyone, and using it is optional: you can find and book all services through the catalogue. The assistant is designed to help you find services, not to assess your health. Its suggestions are generated by AI, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation from a healthcare professional. Prices, availability and totals are calculated by our booking system, not by the AI, and a booking is made only when you confirm it on the booking pages. Please do not include your name, contact details or other personal data in the chat. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle chat data. We may change, suspend or withdraw the assistant at any time.

9. Liability

9.1 Much of the information on the Website, including service descriptions, preparation instructions and the prices of bookings paid to the Partner, is provided by Partners. We endeavour to ensure it is accurate and complete but, to the extent permitted by law, give no warranty regarding it and are not liable for loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete Partner information.

9.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • services provided by a Partner, including the acts or omissions of Partner staff, other than our obligations under section 7 (we will help you raise a complaint with the Partner);
  • incorrect details provided by you, or bookings (including duplicate bookings) made by you in error;
  • the Customer being unable to use a booking because of failure to follow the Partner's terms or preparation instructions, to be present on time, or behaviour the Partner considers unacceptable;
  • decisions made on the basis of general information on the Website or AI suggestions without consulting a healthcare professional;
  • fees or exchange rates applied by your bank or payment provider;
  • payments you make directly to a Partner, or your direct communications with a Partner; or
  • events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, and failures of the internet, systems, devices or third-party services such as messaging apps.

9.3 The Website is provided for personal and private use. We have no liability for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.

9.4 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the total price of that booking.

9.5 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9.6 Breach of these terms. If you breach these terms or applicable law, we may, without prior notice: reject or cancel bookings associated with your account; suspend or withdraw your access to the Website; disclose information to law enforcement authorities as reasonably necessary or required by law; or take legal action. Where we cancel a Prepaid Booking under this clause, we will refund amounts paid for services not provided, less any loss caused by your breach, unless the booking was fraudulent.

10. Complaints

If you have a question or complaint about the Website, a booking or a Partner, please contact us using the details in section 1, including your booking number. We will investigate in a timely manner and keep you informed of the outcome.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation are governed by the law of Singapore, although this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer rights under the law of the country in which you reside.

11.2 The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, although this does not deprive you of any mandatory right to bring the dispute or claim in the courts of the country in which you reside.

12. Language

If these terms are translated into other languages, the translation is provided for convenience and the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

13. General

13.1 These terms and the conditions shown on the booking page for your booking are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and your bookings.

13.2 These terms are between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce them.

13.3 If any part of these terms is found illegal or unenforceable, the rest continues in full force and effect.

13.4 If we delay enforcing these terms, we may still enforce them later.

13.5 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to an affiliate or successor business, provided this does not reduce your rights.
