You book
Add the package to your booking and complete it online – choose at home or at the lab when you book. The time is confirmed before you pay.

You give samples
A nurse from the lab comes to you, or you go to the lab.

Your results
The lab gives the results directly to you; Zdaro does not receive or see them.
Preparation
- Do not collect a sample if within the last 2 weeks you have taken antibiotics, had abdominal surgery, or made drastic changes to your diet
- Keep your usual diet before collection
- Women: do not collect during menstruation
- Avoid urine contamination of the sample
- Do not spill the preservative liquid from the tube
- Store at 8–25 °C and deliver to the lab within 2 weeks
Free cancellation before payment. After payment – see Terms, section 7: cancellation and refunds. If the provider cancels or changes a service for reasons not caused by you and you don’t accept the change, you get a full refund.

How do I book and pay?
Choose a provider and add the service to your booking; to check out, sign in with a code sent to WhatsApp or Telegram. If the time needs to be agreed, you first get a confirmation and then a payment link – in WhatsApp or Telegram and in your account. If it does not, you pay right away.
Can someone come to my villa or hotel?
Yes: choose “At home” and enter your address at checkout. The time and address are confirmed before you pay – you get a message in WhatsApp or Telegram and in your account. If they cannot come, you pay nothing.
Is the home visit included in the price?
Yes, the home visit is already included in the price.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Before payment – free of charge, in your account. After payment – under the purchase terms: No visit scheduled yet: you can cancel at any time before the voucher expires and get a full refund. Visit scheduled: cancel at least 24 hours before the visit for a full refund. Less than 24 hours before, a refund is at Zdaro's discretion, taking into account the Partner's costs and the reason (for example, illness). Packages and courses: once the first session has been used, the remaining sessions are not refundable, unless the Partner cannot provide them or the Partner confirms to us that the course should stop for medical reasons. In that case, unused sessions are refunded in full. Refunds go to the original payment method and are initiated within 5 business days of confirmation.
How will I get my results?
The provider gives the results directly to you; Zdaro does not receive or see them. You will be told at the visit how and when they are sent.
Do I need to prepare?

Can I book for several people at once?
Yes, you can choose several people in one booking, including children when the service is for their age. Each person gets their own voucher.
