A nurse from the lab comes to you, or you go to the lab.

Preparation
A comprehensive laboratory assessment designed to identify potential causes of hair loss, including hormonal imbalances, vitamin and micronutrient deficiencies, and metabolic factors.
The panel includes key markers that influence hair growth, follicle health, and overall physiological balance, helping to determine underlying causes of hair loss and support further management strategies.

How much does the “Advanced Hair Health Assessment” package cost in Bali?
The price depends on the level: from IDR 3,800,000 to 7,600,000, every level with its price is shown on this page. Prices here are in Indonesian rupiah; in the menu you can choose another currency to see prices and pay in.
How do the levels differ?
By what they include: in “What’s included” you can switch between levels and see everything each one includes. The price of every level is in the booking card; you choose the level when you add it to your booking.
How do I book and pay?
Choose a provider and add the service to your booking; to check out, sign in with a code sent to WhatsApp or Telegram. If the time needs to be agreed, you first get a confirmation and then a payment link – in WhatsApp or Telegram and in your account. If it does not, you pay right away.
Can someone come to my villa or hotel?
Yes: choose “At home” and enter your address at checkout. The time and address are confirmed before you pay – you get a message in WhatsApp or Telegram and in your account. If they cannot come, you pay nothing.
Is the home visit included in the price?
Yes, the home visit is already included in the price.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Before payment – free of charge, in your account. After payment – under the purchase terms: No visit scheduled yet: you can cancel at any time before the voucher expires and get a full refund. Visit scheduled: cancel at least 24 hours before the visit for a full refund. Less than 24 hours before, a refund is at Zdaro's discretion, taking into account the Partner's costs and the reason (for example, illness). Packages and courses: once the first session has been used, the remaining sessions are not refundable, unless the Partner cannot provide them or the Partner confirms to us that the course should stop for medical reasons. In that case, unused sessions are refunded in full. Refunds go to the original payment method and are initiated within 5 business days of confirmation.
How will I get my results?
The provider gives the results directly to you; Zdaro does not receive or see them. You will be told at the visit how and when they are sent.
